- WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

The hours of operation we work is Monday - Thursday from 7pm - 12am and on Friday from 4:30pm to 12am. Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 12am
- WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are based out of Charlotte NC. We also travel to meet our client's wants and needs.
- DO YOU ACCEPT RESERVATIONS?

Yes, VALENTINEIMAGEZ LLC does accept reservations. I do require a Non refundable Reservation fee of $150 at the time of booking. Depending on what shoot has been booked
- WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX and Apple Card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Cash App, and Zelle and Cash
- HOW LONG IS THE TYPICAL WAIT?

The typical wait for the return of pics is usually 3-4 weeks. depending on the type of shoot that is be done. I usually deliver my photos much sooner.
- DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Yes, I have a cancellation policy. It's below.
If Client cancels agreement, giving less than 48 hours notice prior to the date of the PHOTOSHOOT, or fails to show on time, all payments made to VALENTINEIMAGEZ LLC will be forfeited and released to VALENTINEIMAGEZ LLC unconditionally.
If client shows up Late to scheduled shoot, (arriving after 15 min grace period) Shoot will continue from time client arrived till pre-schedule end of shoot.
- DO YOU TRAVEL? YES WE DO!!!

We love to create stunning photo artwork. We meet our clients needs and expectations wherever they are around the globe. Pending COVID restrictions we can always reschedule the booking due to this pending airline stipulations.
The cost of travel is lodging, food and airfare or miles. this will be included in packages depending on your location.
Payment: We take 50% to reserve booking for travel shoots and full balance to be paid in full 14 days before scheduled shoot.
With that said all equipment will be brought to ensure your expectations are met and your experience is legendary. We aim to provide you with Heart Stopping Imagery!
